WHITE HOUSE OCCUPANT
APPEARS TO BE “UNDOCUMENTED”
by Sharon Rondeau
(Jun. 10, 2015) — According to a February report published by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), between 2009 and 2014, more than two-thirds of the work permits “issued to aliens with temporary visas or those who entered under the Visa Waiver Program” were provided to illegal aliens in violation of federal law.
USCIS) through a FOIA request.
The Center’s director for policy studies, Jessica Vaughan, called the practice of issuing work permits to illegals “a huge parallel immigrant work authorization system outside the limits set by Congress that inevitably impacts opportunities for U.S. workers, damages the integrity of the immigration system, and encourages illegal immigration.”
Vaughan further expounded that “A huge number of work permits, 1.7 million, were issued to aliens whose status was unknown, not recorded by the adjudicator, or not disclosed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the agency that processes the applications. This should be a concern; work permits are gateway documents to driver’s licenses and other benefits, and if the government agency issuing them does not know or will not disclose how the bearer arrived in the country how can others rely on the authenticity of an individual’s identity? It is equally disconcerting if the government does know and chooses not to disclose it.”
On June 3, 2015, The Washington Times reported that nearly 4,000 illegal alien criminals deemed “Threat level 1,” or the highest priority for deportation, were released into American communities from detention as they awaited court decisions on deportation. As communicated by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte to The Times, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had the option to continue to incarcerate the aliens described by the publication as “the worst of the worst.”
Obama has pledged to deport “felons, not families” in statements issued since November 20, 2014, when he announced that he would unilaterally change immigration policy after previously claiming that he was constitutionally unable to take action on his own. His proposed executive actions included a stay of routine deportation proceedings for a reported 5 million illegals if they met certain conditions along with the awarding of Social Security numbers, tax refunds, work permits, and possibly health care and other benefits.
Article I of the U.S. Constitution grants only the Congress the authority to make or alter federal law. The Obama White House claimed that it was taking the same actions other presidents have taken on immigration. Left-leaning media also equated the proposals to past “executive action on immigration.” With a link leading to an error message, MSNBC stated, “every president since Dwight D. Eisenhower has taken executive action on immigration. The American Immigration Council has identified a total of 39 times since 1956 that presidents have used their authority to grant relief to immigrants. Sometimes the impacted group represented a small number of people, like when President Reagan granted Extended Voluntary Departure to 7,000 Poles in response to the Polish government declaring martial law, or when President George W. Bush granted deferred enforcement departure to 3,600 Liberians in 2007. Other executive actions have had a larger impact, like the series of actions that granted amnesty to 621,403 Cubans between the presidencies of Eisenhower and Nixon, or those that granted relief to 360,000 Vietnamese, Laotians and Cambodians under Presidents Ford and Carter.”
The same media source had stated that Obama was “born in Indonesia,” not Hawaii, as Obama claims. An exclusive report published by Breitbart in May 2012 showed an original biography published by Obama’s literary agent which stated that he was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”
Obama further said that his immigration plan would “help secure the border, prioritize felons, not families, and hold undocumented immigrants accountable by requiring them to pass a criminal background check and pay their fair share of taxes” as well as “modernize the legal immigration system.” On the evening of his announcement, he claimed that “over the past six years, illegal border crossings have been cut by more than half.”
Last summer, Obama reserved sections of several military bases to accommodate tens of thousands of illegals who had breached the border between the U.S. and Mexico, some carrying diseases and traumatized by their trek from various Central American countries. All received free health screenings, medical care, mental health services if deemed appropriate, food, shelter, and orders to appear in court to determine whether or not they would be allowed to remain in the United States.
Religious organizations were revealed to have been receiving millions from the federal government to provide services to illegal aliens, particularly ” the growing needs of thousands of children, including many fleeing ‘horrific’ situations in Central America.”
After their arrival, thousands of unaccompanied children were transported to join family members or to other semi-permanent housing arrangements from Hawaii to the East Coast, paid for by the American taxpayer.
On Tuesday, commentator Dick Morris reported in regard to the unaccompanied children that “73% of the 60,000 cases that have been brought before the court so far were postponed because the kid didn’t show up, and of the remaining cases, half of them were decided even despite the fact that the kid didn’t show up.”
Further, Morris said, “They just ignored the subpoenas to go to court, and there’s no consequence to it. So this was completely a facade to fool the American people…”
According to The Washington Times on April 6, “The second wave of unaccompanied illegal immigrant children has begun, with more than 3,000 of them surging across the Mexican border into the U.S. last month — the highest rate since the peak of last summer’s crisis and a warning that another rough season could be ahead.” WT reporter Stephen Dinan quoted Vaughan as having said at the time that “These statistics show that the surge of illegal arrivals from Central America was never really over.”
While Obama touted increased border security as a component of his executive actions, Judicial Watch reported in April that ISIS terrorists were “operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas” in an area of heavy gang activity and illegal drug smuggling. The government watchdog group stated that the FBI responded to its report by convening a “special meeting” “specifically to address a press strategy to deny Judicial Watch’s accurate reporting and identify who is providing information to JW.”
Nevertheless, the FBI has reported that suspected members of ISIS are present in “all 50 states.”
Obama had promised in his proposed immigration actions to “deprive criminal enterprises…of their infrastructure and profits” by apprehending and deporting criminal illegal aliens. However, last year it was reported that in 2013, “A total of 36,007 criminal illegal immigrants that were being processed for deportation were freed in 2013. Together, they committed nearly 88,000 crimes…”
“If you’re a criminal, you’ll be deported,” Obama pledged to the nation on November 20, 2014.
A day before the 2014 report of tens of thousands of illegal criminals released into unsuspecting U.S. communities was made public, CBS News reported that Obama was weighing how to “mitigate the pain” of deporting illegals as a result of “our broken immigration system.”
In response to the news of the 36,000 criminals’ release, the anti-illegal-immigration group ALIPAC headlined an article with “Obama Caught Helping Illegals To Kill Americans.”
The day after he made his immigration announcement, Obama declared the creation of a task force to “welcome immigrants and refugees” and engage state and local governments to do the same. In a presidential memorandum dated November 21, 2014, he wrote, “Our country has long been a beacon of hope and opportunity for people from around the world. Nearly 40 million foreign-born residents nationwide contribute to their communities every day, including 3 million refugees who have resettled here since 1975. These new Americans significantly improve our economy. They make up 13 percent of the population, but are over 16 percent of the labor force and start 28 percent of all new businesses. Moreover, immigrants or their children have founded more than 40 percent of Fortune 500 companies, which collectively employ over 10 million people worldwide and generate annual revenues of $4.2 trillion.”
“If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen,” Obama said to the American electorate during his 2012 presidential campaign.
Prior to November 20, news reports stated that Obama planned to expand the duration of work permits issued to foreign students who had studied at and graduated from U.S. universities because of a “talent shortage” among employers seeking highly-skilled workers. Obama’s DHS Secretary, Jeh Johnson, was delegated to “improve policies related to high-skilled businesses and workers, including how to deal with green cards, foreign graduates and entrepreneurs.” Visas for foreign students have been expanded since at least 2011.
In March, as his executive actions faced challenges in the federal courts, Obama insisted that allowing the arrival of more skilled foreign workers would “benefit the U.S. economy.” Since early this year, reports have been published which describe American companies replacing U.S.-citizen employees with immigrants who in some cases are trained by the individuals whose jobs they are taking.
On June 5, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported a 5.5% unemployment rate, with 8.7 million workers unemployed. However, the number of American workers who are currently without a job is said by the same source to be exponentially higher. Throughout the years of the Obama White House, the number of American households receiving some type of government aid has steadily increased as U.S. small businesses continue to close more frequently than open.
In a series of three White-House-sponsored conference calls this past winter, two listeners reported that active participants advocated replacing “Thanksgiving Day” with “Celebrate Immigrants Day” as well as bringing between 13 and 15 million new illegals to the country as “seedlings to be planted in fertile soil to grow.” One of the passive listeners, Susan Payne, reported, “As a listener on the call, it was easy to logically see how these communities would welcome immigrants out of the shadows, but also, it could be construed that the host community members might well be relegated into the shadows. In essence, the seedlings consume the host and what was once the original community is transformed.”
In September, The Washington Post quoted a research fellow and entrepreneur as advocating for “immigration reforms” in order to supply the type of skilled workers needed for business growth. According to the entrepreneur, John Dearie, “half of U.S. graduate students in science and math fields — an area in which the skills gap has been shown to be widest between what employers need and what job candidates possess — now come from other countries, so many who may want to stay and work here would still be forced to return home after graduation.”
According to numerous reports, the areas of language arts, math, science, and history in the “Common Core” curriculum now used by many U.S. schools have been diluted and altered from those once approved by local school boards. The Common Core website for math states that “new standards build on the best of high-quality math standards from states across the country. They also draw on the most important international models for mathematical practice,…”
The Obama White House has designated June as “Immigration Heritage Month.” Obama himself was termed “an immigrant” by former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, who promised that the then-first-time presidential candidate would “unite” all Americans.
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution stipulates that the president and commander-in-chief must be a “natural born Citizen.” Although disagreement exists about the exact meaning of the term suggested by John Jay in a letter to George Washington during the 1787 Constitutional Convention, virtually all Americans understand that it precludes a person born outside the United States to parents who were not U.S. citizens at the time.
Speaking of the media, now-retired, long-time CBS News anchor and reporter Bob Schieffer conceded in a recent interview with Howard Kurtz of Fox News that “maybe we weren’t skeptical enough” as Obama sought the office of the chief executive. Before Obama was elected in 2008, however, alternative news source Accuracy in Media (AIM) asked,”…when did the FBI investigate Obama? Who vetted him?”
Indeed, Obama’s personal and political history was obscured as he sought the presidency. When a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) image was released on June 12, 2008 at The Daily KOS, it was shortly thereafter declared a forgery by numerous credentialed analysts.
On his now-defunct “Fight the Smears” website, Obama declared himself a dual citizen of the U.S. and the United Kingdom at birth by virtue of Kenya’s British colonial status at the time. The new Kenyan constitution, which the Obama regime spent millions to promote prior to its passage by referendum on August 4, 2010, Obama’s purported birthday, renders Obama a Kenyan citizen once again by virtue of the fact that he claims a Kenyan parent.
The former dual citizenship reportedly held by Sen. Ted Cruz, now a declared 2016 presidential candidate, was presented by The Dallas Morning News nearly two years ago as a possible “problem” in the event he decided to seek the presidency. For Obama, however, the media saw no “problem” with dual citizenship, and many who questioned anything Obama said were labeled “racists.”
Without any verifiable documentation, Obama entered the White House on January 20, 2009. During his swearing-in, both U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Obama tripped over their words. Another misstep occurred in January 2013.
Of the 2009 swearing-in ceremony, ABC News reported that “Chief Justice John Roberts flubbed the oath of office.”
On January 21, 2009, Obama issued an executive order replacing that of his predecessor, George W. Bush, regarding the handling and dissemination of presidential records to include a review of any requested records by the attorney general prior to their release.
Obama’s only publicly-available documents, one of which was posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 representing his “long-form” birth certificate from Hawaii, were declared “computer-generated forgeries” by a criminal investigation more than three years ago. [Editor's Note: The long-form birth certificate image is now available at a link from the original White House website location.]
In a televised interview with Fox News commentator Sean Hannity, businessman Donald Trump took credit for forcing the White House to produce Obama’s “birth certificate,” which Trump said former 2008 presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and John McCain had not been able to procure. Last May at the National Press Club, Trump reiterated his doubts about the authenticity of the birth certificate image released by the White House but focused on Obama’s still-obscured college applications and transcripts. “I offered him a tremendous amount of money just to show his re- I didn’t want to see his marks…” Trump said.
He then hypothesized that Obama is either foreign-born and attended U.S. universities on foreign scholarships, or that Obama was born in the U.S. and misrepresented himself as a foreign-born student to obtain those funds. “If you were born in Kenya, you got into colleges and you got aid. It’s very simple,” Trump said.
Trump is a possible presidential candidate for 2016, as he was in 2011 for the 2012 election, although at that time, he decided not to enter the race.
On Monday, Hannity echoed Trump’s call for Obama to release his college transcripts.
Some have observed that Obama does not appear to be well-versed in American culture, history or even as to the number of states in the union.
In June 2012, Obama announced a program of deferred deportation for “undocumented” youth who were allegedly brought into the country by their parents if they met certain conditions. At least 15 of those granted the deferral under “DACA” have been arrested for alleged serious crimes, including murder.
Illegal aliens have killed blacks, Latinos, whites, and Americans of all backgrounds and occupations, including U.S. Border Patrol agents and police officers.
The term “DREAMer” comes from the proposed DREAM Act, which did not receive approval from Congress but upon which Obama’s “DACA” program is reportedly based.
Numerous illegal aliens who have murdered Americans had previous criminal histories and deportations. Under Obama, Muslims from various Middle East and African countries have been brought to the U.S. in large numbers, with some later engaging in terrorism and murder. Thousands more are said to be under consideration for resettlement in American communities, without soliciting the input of indigenous citizens and their elected representatives.
On Monday, Obama announced during an overseas trip that he would not pursue the implementation of his executive actions as court challenges proceed.
Some members of Congress believe that Obama’s advocacy of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement would result in a form of governance which would supersede the U.S. Constitution and Congress, requiring changes in immigration policy. Once an ardent Obama supporter generally, the AFL-CIO wrote about the proposal:
Negotiations for the TPP remain closed to the public and the text of the agreement remains classified. While the administration touts the TPP as a job-creating, wage-raising enterprise, it has not made public any employment or sectoral impacts study. The administration hasn’t provided information as to how the TPP will promote manufacturing more effectively than current U.S. trade policy and the global corporate agenda continues to make demands for deregulation, privatization, tax breaks and other financial advantages for Big Business while shrinking the social safety net in the name of “’labor flexibility.’”
Obama has declared Honolulu, HI; Chicago, IL; and Jakarta, Indonesia to be his “home town.” Members of his alleged Kenyan family reportedly claim that he was born there. The criminal investigation which determined that the long-form birth certificate image and Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form are fraudulent also concluded that there exists no evidence that Obama was present in the state of Hawaii “before the age of five.”
Adding to that list is The Washington Post’s unsubstantiated claim that Obama was “raised in the Kansas heartland” and Michelle Obama’s 2008 campaign statement that Kenya is her husband’s “home country.”
In a 1995 book promotion appearance, Obama spoke of “going back to Kenya,” where he is scheduled to travel again next month “to accelerate economic growth, strengthen democratic institutions, and improve security.”
No hospital in Hawaii will confirm Obama’s birth there, in particular, the hospital Obama identified as “the place of my birth,” Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. But before the media reported Kapiolani as Obama’s birth hospital, it stated that he was born at Queens Medical Center.
Given that his only proffered documents are forgeries, is there any evidence that Obama is an American citizen? Is it possible that he himself arrived in the United States as a young person, either alone or with parents or a guardian, without documentation, as have so many of the DREAMers with whom he appears to sympathize to intensely? While a case currently on the U.S. Supreme Court docket questions his status as a “natural born Citizen,” there appears to exist no verifiable evidence that he possesses any form of U.S. citizenship.
Some call him a “citizen of the world.”
Rep. Steve King, a political opponent of Obama’s, said last year that Obama “was not raised with an American experience.”
