by Sharon Rondeau

(Dec. 12, 2014) — CDR Charles F. Kerchner, Jr. (Ret.) and Mike Volin, founder of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com, have announced a new initiative to dispatch thousands of Sheriff’s Kits throughout the country to inform key individuals about the forgeries of Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form.

In 2009 with Atty. Mario Apuzzo, CDR Kerchner filed a lawsuit challenging Obama’s constitutional eligibility in a case which ultimately reached the U.S. Supreme Court.  As with several other cases over the next several years, the high court refused to hear the case which challenged that Obama does not meet the Article II, Section 1, clause 5 qualification of “natural born Citizen.”

Questions about Obama’s eligibility were raised during his first presidential campaign in 2008, as he claimed to have been born to a Kenyan-citizen father and U.S.-citizen mother in Honolulu, HI amidst contradictory media reports stating that he was born in Kenya or Indonesia.  Americans generally understand that a person born in a foreign country cannot serve as president and commander-in-chief, although historical citizenship determination included the citizenship of the parents as well as the birthplace of the child.

Kerchner posts updates and items of interest relating to the Obama eligibility issue at his blog and at ProtectOurLiberty.org.

Volin launched his website in 2008 as a result of the dearth of information released about Obama, who sought the presidency after serving just over a year of his six-year U.S. Senate term and with no executive experience.  Records which Obama’s campaign failed to release included voting records while he served in the Illinois state senate; his long-form birth certificate; passport applications and records; childhood and family photos; school and college applications, records and grades; and medical records.

After considerable public pressure from businessman Donald Trump in early 2011, on April 27 of that year, the White House released what it said was a  scan of a certified copy of Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH).   Within 24 hours, however, numerous experts denounced it as a forgery.

That September, 250 members of the Surprise, AZ Tea Party approached their sheriff, Joe Arpaio, to request an investigation into the claims of forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.  Arpaio assented and commissioned his Cold Case Posse to examine the image.  Within 72 hours, the five-member team determined that it was created on a computer and could not have come from an original paper document.

Arpaio and posse lead investigator Mike Zullo gave two formal press conferences in 2012, calling upon Congress to investigate their findings that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”

In May 2013, Zullo gave a presentation to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) in St. Charles, MO, during which he explained in detail how the posse determined that Obama’s two documents are fraudulent.  After Zullo’s presentation was captured on video, Volin conceived of the idea to reproduce it in DVD format in order to inform members of the public.

Volin called the DVDs “Sheriff’s Kits” and began mailing them to hundreds of Americans wishing to inform their fellow citizens of the forgeries.  He also made the presentation downloadable from his website.

Over the summer of 2013, Volin and other volunteers began making in-person visits to congressmen in their district offices and later, in Washington, DC, to distribute the kits and speak with congressional aides about the posse’s findings. He has now mailed out thousands of kits and made three visits to Capitol Hill to distribute at least 200 more to U.S. representatives and senators.

On Friday evening, Kerchner informed The Post & Email that the first mailings went out on Wednesday, November 26 and will ultimately run into the thousands in the coming weeks.  Because of the volume, donations from the public will be greatly appreciated.

The identities of the recipients will be made public in the near future.
