  1. Non Democratic or Republican party affiliates in NH go through a much more vigorous vetting process by their Sec. of State. The NH State Website lays out 2 different paths for Vetting presidential candidates. According to the official website if the NH Chair of the DNC or the RNC approve their candidate and pay the $1000 with a signed declaration, then that is all the NH Sec. of State needs. Non-major party candidates are required to be more thoroughly vetted by the Sec. of State. It appears that a timely legal suit against the Chair of the NH chair of the DNC maybe the correct way to challenge the legal railroading by NH's secretary of State and State AG...

  3. This is RIDICULOUS. Just like the guys said in the video. The constitution means NOTHING if you have people who are not interpreting and using it correctly to proceed with the necessary action. I am 50/50 now that I fully believe Obama's mission is to bring down the U.S. I think he is a disaffected wanta be that has an internal hatred inside for the U.S. being a power player and wants to bring it down so his buddies in Kenya or wherever the heck he finds solace in are on a level playing field. GET HIM OUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

Didn't Orly Taitz already pay $20,000 in sanctions from the Rhodes v MacDonald lawsuit in Georgia?

  10. Sounds like the Hawaii lawsuit is an attempt at intimidation to discourage us from pressing on. We must be getting close to exposing the bastard for who he is. On another note Im tired of Fox news bringing up Mark Rubio as VP material when he is not a NBC. Cant understand what is so hard about understanding this.

  11. Rubio is another Fox News attempt to help the Obots, Barry enablers and puppet-masters cover for the crimes already committed in getting Barry on the ballot in 2008.

Fox is a major protector of all things Obama....no better, and maybe even worse than the rest of the Obamamedia.....

Shouldn't they have to show the non existing BC to prove it frivololous or not.

  13. If there is another Hawaii "frivolous lawsuit" motion it is most likely an attempt to stop the lawsuit Dean Haskins has discussed being filed soon in Hawaii.

A Fogblow and Company attempt to scare them off.

We The People, and make no mistake, the elites are still afraid of us for they know We are the ones who really hold all the power….but I hope we bring back public hangings as the method of choice for capital punishment. All of these people deserve it. And let their filthy bodies hang for the entire world to see for about 2 weeks for what they did to the greatest country in history - they MURDERED IT.

Where in the world do you get that Foggy is bringing any lawsuit? The post was about the HI AG stating in their opposition to Orly's motion for rehearing and motion to stay the final order that they (the HI AG's office) is going to file a motion with the court for fees and costs.

  20. Commykiller is correct. Orly has them on the run. You gotta love her. Also, please boycott all the media. I know it isn't easy at first, but you'll feel better knowing you're not feeding their system. Happy Thanksgiving!

this is a win win if the arrogant Repubs are dumb enough to put Rubio in as the VP candidate. If so, this issue will go front and center. The MSM would be on the birther's side in trying to derail Rubio and then without looking like the total sellouts and traitors that they are, would have to examine the same in BHO. So I say all power to em.

  22. bn,

I disagree with your opinion of what would happen if Rubio was selected as VP. I believe the media, of course Fox included, would say nothing about Rubio's lack of natural born citizenship status. Neither would the Democrats. This would complete the cycle of Obama's usurpation as a non-natural born
citizen putative president, finishing the job of changing the Constitution by simply ignoring it.

The MSM won't be coming to the "birther" side, no matter what.

The media, the Dems and many Repubs would all be happy the Constitutional change is completed, and nothing about Obama will come back to haunt them when Obama is no longer the putative president.

  24. bn, I agree. The Republicans should not consider Rubio (or Jindal) for VP or President. But if they did, it would keep the eligibility issue in the news. It affords more opportunities to finally get the true definition of "natural born citizen" (born in the country to citizen parents) accepted, which would result in a successful defense of our US Constitution and rule of law.

My understanding is that Rubio, if and once selected as a VP running mate, could resolve the question of his eligibility by filing a petition for a declaratory judgment with the US Supreme Court. By doing so, he would be ruled ineligible and lose the opportunity to serve as VP, but history will reward him for doing the honorable and right thing.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Sorry but you're all dreaming if you think the MSM will bring up Rubio's non-eligibility if he were to accept a VP nomination. They will simply ignore it, just like they have BHO's and all will be well. No Constitution, no problem! Makes the Obozo legitimate and they aren't culpable for their cover-up. And I guarantee Rubio won't rock the boat by bringing it up either. He's had multiple chances already.

Correct. Rubio is just another SCUMBAG. His advisors have met with Orly and thus provided with all pertinent documentation. It's been months now. Not a word. He lies by OMITION and therefore is COMPLICIT.
