Some are in high gear to put an end to the Constitutional Eligibility movement, using Alinsky tactics. And it's not coming from the left.

Here's a snippet from Politico; (2/27/10)'Conservatives target their own fringe' - After months of struggling to harness the energy of newly engaged tea party activists, the conservative establishment — with critical midterm congressional elections on the horizon — is taking aim for the first time at the movement’s extremist elements.

“I don’t believe we should be giving [extremists] a platform or empowering them to do anything based off their conspiracy theories,” said Ned Ryun, president of American Majority...
More labeling & disinformation HERE.

Here's a snippet from the Washington Post; (2/19/10)'
A primer on political reality'
- But the birthers and Birchers, militias and nativists, racists and conspiracy theorists do exist. Some, having waited decades in deserved obscurity, hope to ride a populist movement like remoras. But there are others, new to political engagement, who have found paranoia and anger intoxicating. They watch Glenn Beck rail against the omnipresent threat of Saul Alinsky, read Ayn Rand's elevation of egotism and contempt for the weak, listen to Ron Paul attacking the Federal Reserve cabal, and suddenly their resentments become ordered into a theory. Such theories, in politics, can act like a drug, causing addiction, euphoria and psychedelic departures from reality."...
[That would make Hitler proud! The rest of that garbage can be viewed HERE.

Snippets from Ned Ryun, president of American Majority; (2/12/10)'On Birfers and Truthers,' - "I see that Erick Erickson of RedState has made it clear that RedState is not the place for birfers or truthers. Neither is American Majority. I second Erick’s comments that birfers and truthers have no place among us, nor do they have a place in the tea party movement... ...more HERE.

(2/15/10)'On Birfers and Truthers, Part II' - "I’m taking this week to make it clear that American Majority does not encourage birfers or truthers, nor are they welcome at American Majority...

...So the birfers and truthers can take their little conspiracies and start their own little organizations and movements and see how far it gets them. Which will be nowhere."...
...rest HERE.

Snippets from Erick Erickson of RedState; (2/12/10)'Vigilance: I’m Banning Birfers, Truthers, and Groups Affiliated Therewith' - "Today I want to reaffirm and make it more definitive. If you think 9/11 was an inside job or you really want to debate whether or not Barack Obama is an American citizen eligible to be President, RedState is not a place for you...
...Birfers and Truthers are not welcome here. Period. End of Story."
[then he continues on HERE even though he says End of Story. He ends with this; "Birfers and Truthers have no place among us. And they are most decidedly not welcome at RedState."...

You should really pay attention and see what happens when you attack and ridicule your own supporters.

Just go HERE and view Glenn Beck's ratings due to the actions of the Conservative Monster, Operation Flood it and the actions of thousands of Americans that REALLY do care about the Constitution.

Ned Ryun, and whoever else, pay attention; I'm not a "truther" nor a "birther" or any other conspiracy theory fringe person. I'm an American and a proud conservative that loves this country and what she stands for. I understand the Jihadi threat we and the world face. To equate the two is asinine and shows the lack of understanding or outright treason on the part of some.

Mr. Ryun & Erick Erickson, who are you to tell others they have no place in the tea party movement? The Tea Party is made up of WE THE PEOPLE, not a small group of political party insiders. And to call it a "judicial coup" also shows the lack of understanding of this issue, the lawsuits, quo warrantos and the Constitution.

Ned, if you can't defend ALL of the Constitution then you should remove ALL of the Constitutional content you have posted at NedRyun.com. We don't need lip service!

It's as simple as this; it is no conspiracy theory that Obama is fighting the release of all his past records, with lawyers paid with our tax dollars. It is no conspiracy theory that Obama's father was never a U.S. Citizen.

We know from several SCOTUS rulings that "all children born in the country of parents who were its citizens... " make up the “natural born Citizen” category. The SCOTUS says that there have never been any doubts as to the status of these children. As to children born in the U.S. to parents who were not U.S. citizens at the time of their birth, there have been doubts. In other words, "natural born Citizen" under this formulation requires two generations of U.S. citizens, one generation in the parents and the other in the child himself/herself who also must be born on U.S. soil.

It is important to understand that we are focusing on what is a "natural born Citizen" under Article II which specifies the requirements to be President and not on what a "Citizen" is under the 14th Amendment or under some Congressional Act which does not relate to Article II of our Constitution regarding natural born Citizenship.

Obama, while having his mother's U.S. citizenship generation, is missing that of his father's, for his father was a British subject/citizen at the time of Obama's birth. He therefore cannot be a "natural born Citizen," even if Obama was born in Hawaii.

Unless Obama is 200+ years old he is not Constitutionally Eligible to be POTUS.

This is a Constitutional issue, NOT a conspiracy theory!

  2. What most Americans don't understand BOTH PARENTS HAVE TO BE AMERICAN CITIZENS AT TIME OF BIRTH..It doesn't matter where obama was born his father was not and American but a UK citizen.
Obama and the rest of the people who allowed this crime including the judges should be tried for HI CRIMES!

  3. This goes to prove that we have one party comprised of two globalist wings of elitists.
We will not rest until this crime is judicated and all treasonous parties are held accountable for crime against the people.

  4. The above graphic is a full page ad in the Washington Times National Weekly Edition by Charles Kerchner, the lead plaintiff in the Kerchner et al v. Obama et al legal action that is now being considered by the Federal Appeals Court.

To understand just what is being appealed in the Kerchner et al case it would be helpful to read this legal analysis:

A Federal Judge takes 4 strikes!!!

and, following that, if you go to the Mario Apuzzo website and actually read the Initial Appeals Brief of Jan 19, 2010, you're in for a real eye-opener (as are the DOJ attorneys "defending" Obama using our tax money).

That's doubly ironic since these attorneys - and their bosses - took an oath to defend the Constitution from enemies foreign AND domestic but they are now in the position of actually attacking that very document rather than defending it and are trying to get an obviously ineligible man to remain in an office he has never shown himself to be eligible to hold.

The wonderful Apuzzo Brief is a primer on both Constitutional law, the meaning of it, the Founders' intent vis-a-vis Article II of the
Constitution and a forceful put-down of the lies and misinformation put forth by the Obama Flying Monkeys such as "smrstrauss" and others.

I’d urge everyone to read the Initial Appeals Brief from Attorney Apuzzo’s website along with the many essays by both Mario Apuzzo AND his Lead Plaintiff, Charles F. Kerchner. While there, it would really help to donate even a small amount to the publicity/education fund presently used only for full-page newspaper ads in the Washington Times National Weekly Edition.

The Brief gives a very good overview of the original action AND it puts the lie to the many false arguments by the Obot Flying Monkeys about why BHO is either (their words) eligible to hold the office he now occupies OR that it (their words) doesn’t matter that he is not eligible.

Your understanding of the relation of the U. S. Constitution to We The People will be forever enlightened.

Actually, Obama's whole life seems to be nothing but a work of fiction. The man has never shown himself to be Constitutionally eligible to hold the office he now occupies.

If you'd like to see something from a different point of view, watch the two short videos below which, even though they start slowly and have a bit of fun, contain a wealth of factual data - more than we've seen from Obama.

In fact in the second video a famous senator is quoted speaking about someone that sounds for all the world like "Our Boy" and really strikes a chord.

Only thing is the senator was the Roman named Cicero speaking in 42 BC - but the message is still very directed and pertinent for all of us:

    Three Little Words

    Merry Christmas OmeriKa!!

  5. Don't worry what these people say, there are some 20 lawsuits out there by Berg and others contesting this issue and 80% of us REAL Tea Party leaders want to see Obama kicked out, impeached, whatever it takes. So look past their ignorant actions and realize that it does NOT speak for US!!!

  6. Great article. Thanks for posting!

Couple months ago I thought perhaps Beck was sorta/kinda leading up to talking about NBC eligibility ... then was sadly let down when he started dissing those of us who truly care about the constitution & NBC.

Now I see lots of "Beck-ers" who are buying all-things-Beck forgetting that you can't just care about lil bits of the constitution.

All of it matters if USA is to remain a Republic. ... lots of house cleaning to do.

I think lefty/libs want conservatives to remain fractured rather than unify.

Have noticed "9/11 troofers" trying to sideline Well's blog posts often. (maybe paid Bots, not sure) Or some people have partaken the Alex Jones' koolaid.

Me: when in doubt, find it in the constitution.
